Access to SBA records

Question
How can I get my records from the Small Business Administration?
Answer
You can start by going to the SBA office where your records are kept. You can photocopy any final SBA decision, policy statement, or standard operating procedure.

For copies of all other records, you must send a request letter to the same SBA office. The letter must describe the specific records you want.

If you don't know which SBA office keeps your records, you may send a letter to the nearest SBA District Office, which will forward it to the correct office.
