Advantages of employee leasing

What are the advantages of doing business with an employee leasing firm? 
An employee leasing firm, most recently called a professional employer organization, or PEO, offers human resources administrative services to client companies. The primary advantage of doing business with a PEO is that the client company is able to outsource it's human resources tasks so that it can focus on the business' core competencies.

Because the PEO aggregates all of the payroll and administrative tasks of its clients, it is able to offer significant efficiencies and professional HR services that most small and medium size businesses could not provide on their own.

Therefore, a PEO relationship, also called co-employment, increases the efficiency and professionalism of the client business and allows it to focus more on its own business model and its customers.
