What is an "at-will" employee? 
Answer
Generally speaking, an "at-will" employee is any employee who does not have an employment arrangement defined by a contract or union agreement. "At will" means the employee's status as an employee, and the associated compensation, benefits, etc., are subject to the will of the employer.
