Brochure in direct mail

If a letter is so strong in direct mail, do I need a brochure? 
You should have a brochure, or better yet, a booklet. Both can be used to build credibility for your offer. But remember, the brochure tells, the letter sells.

Use a brochure and a letter symbiotically:

- Show the features of your products in the brochure.
- Discuss benefits of those features to your prospect in the letter.

Together, the brochure and letter improve any direct mail campaign's effectiveness.
