Business plan follow upQuestion How do I track and follow up on my business plan?
Answer In creating a realistic, and ultimately successful, business plan, it's critical to assign an individual or team to follow up and measure milestones outlined in the plan.
Once a realistic plan is in place, help ensure its implementation by assigning specific people to follow up and check on results. They should track the established and agreed-upon milestones, and share their findings with the appropriate executives. But remember, an unrealistic plan will not be implemented. This is the most common failure in marketing plans. When forecasts are too high, managers don't believe them, and implementers lose interest.
