Business plan omissionsQuestion Should I leave out certain elements in my business plan, such as the market analysis, which don't apply to my non-profit organization?
Answer Tailor your business plan to fit your organization and meet your requirements.
But remember, even non-profit organizations compete for market share and funding, so you really should try harder to address market-related matters. For your market analysis chapter describe the people your facility serves. Discuss how many are there, how many will there be, what services they require, etc. Community-based or not, the purpose of your facility is to fill those needs, so describe them and predict how they will change in the future.
