Capitalizing a franchiseQuestion Do you have to spend a lot to get into a franchised business?
Answer There are plenty of franchises out there that can be purchased for less than $100,000. And the good news is that there isn't a direct correlation between what's invested in a franchise and what can be made.
Franchises that require lower capitalization typically don't involve a significant real estate commitment, which dramatically lowers the start-up and ongoing costs. Many of these can even be home-based. If you're limited as to how much capital you can invest, focus your search on one of these.
