Answer Monitor your tone. Whether it's calm, steady, gleeful, or full of glum, your tone is most important in revealing how you truly feel about a subject.
You can make not-so-interesting information sound terrific by adding cheerful color to your voice. Saying the same thing in two different tones can mean two completely different things.
