- Value. Take a close-up view of the value you provide, and talk to your team about new ways of adding value to the customer experience. - Attention. Giving someone your undivided attention is one of the best ways to show you care. Are you and your employees giving your customers 100% of your attention at each touch point? - Love. Love in business is about your devotion to the well-being of your customers, your staff and yourself. - Energy. Do you put energy and enthusiasm in everything you do? A "can do," upbeat attitude will get you far with employees and customers. - Nurture. Nurture relationships with all stakeholders by constantly looking for ways to build trust, show respect, communicate with kindness and add value. - Touch. Touch people's hearts before you expect them to reach for their wallets. Loyalty is an emotional attachment. - Integrity. Be able to define it, know what it means and what it looks like to you personally and to your organization - New ideas. Fresh ideas and new solutions are critical in the 21st century economy. - Exquisite. To stand out in a crowd, the customer care you deliver must be exquisite.
