What's the best way to build customer relationships that fosters loyalty? 
Answer
Loyal customers are built one step at a time. When creating your customer care strategy, consider the following:

- Have a clear vision of the experience you want to create for your customers.

- Evaluate your strategy from the outside. Customers look at your business from their point of view, which is a lot different nor yours.

- Hire employees who are capable of understanding and executing your customer care strategy and values, and train them continuously to execute.

- Make sure your customer care vision and corporate values are in alignment and demonstrated.
