Definition of entrepreneur

An entrepreneur is a person who organizes and manages a business undertaking, assuming the risk in return for profit. An entrepreneur sees an opportunity, makes a plan, starts a business, manages that business, and benefits from the profits, according to the U.S. Small Business Administratoin.
