Developing corporate bylawsQuestion What do I need to do to develop the bylaws for my new corporation?
Answer Use a competent attorney to help you with incorporating and developing. He or she should already have a set of bylaws that will serve you well, and it should be included in the base price you will pay for the incorporation.
If you have a unique business model that requires special language, you absolutely need to work with an attorney to guide you through the process of developing the bylaws.
