Experienced vs trainees

Practically speaking, whether you hire experienced workers or trainees depends on the duties and requirements of the assignment. If tasks are simple and can be learned following a few basic instructions, you may do well with trainees.

However, if the assignment requires a certain degree of knowledge or skill, then it's better to hire experienced workers.

Financially, you may be able to use payroll dollars more effectively with trainees. But don't forget the cost if customers aren't willing to be patient with trainees on an ongoing basis.
