Everything that you say about the items, whether in your item description or in your email response to a buyer's question, is what lawyers call 'express warranty,' and buyers are entitled to rely on it when deciding to bid on your items. You should be careful to be accurate and detailed in these communications as anything deemed to be misleading can allow the buyer the ability to return the item to you and receive a full refund.
