Home-office dress

There are two answers:

1. No. If you can be productive, then it doesn't matter what you wear.

2. Yes. If you have clients coming to your home office, and/or if you find you're having difficulty staying focused or motivated to work, then appropriate attire may help.

If you're still in your bathrobe reading the morning paper at lunchtime, you may need to re-set your thinking by getting dressed for work in the office. Of course, always dress professionally and appropriately for meetings.
