2. Leverage your inventory worldwide by creating new markets in online marketplaces, like eBay, for example.
3. Use customized online surveys (developed and managed with minimal investment) to identify opportunities to create new customer benefits and competitive advantages for what would otherwise be commodity products. Examples include HockeyMonkey.com or eSurveys.com.
4. Provide 24x7 information about products, in-stock availability, order tracking and account information through your web site.
