How can I manage the flow of various engagements I have with clients, so I can better understand the status of each one?
Customer relationship management (CRM) is key to any business enterprise - from the Fortune 100 to the small business. You need to find a resource, such as an electronic CRM program, that will help you manage customer information, objectives, progress in the selling cycle, including next steps and appointments, plus blend in your solutions to their requirements.
Search in the major search engines for CRM software resources, many of which are offered through online applications. Since CRM can be very industry specific, check with your industry trade group for a CRM vendor for your industry.
