Answer Criticism kills creativity. It's basic human nature that no one likes to be criticized or have their ideas criticized. A criticized individual will not be likely to contribute in a positive and productive way. The fear of critcism will stop the flow of ideas.
To foster creativity and innovation, criticism must be replaced with affirmative judgment.
