Internal coachQuestion What are the roles of an internal coach in an organization?
Answer Fundamentally, an internal coach is a more senior manager with whom employees work and is comfortable enough to confide in and ask professional questions, and depend on the feedback.
Coaching is not telling employees what to do but it is helping them discover the answers themselves.
