Answer Yes. It's common for consultants to have multiple USPs - or one for each major industry served. As you talk with clients, you may even find that they're unique within their industry or peers. If so, make sure you understand how, and then show that understanding by tailoring your USP for them.
When drafting your USP(s), be careful not to mix them in your marketing media and collateral; otherwise, you might confuse and dilute your message. Search again on keywords "unique sales proposition" or "USP" for more information.
