3. Educate for safety by using training videos and other methods.
4. Monitor and enforce safety policies.
5. Use progressive discipline as necessary to encourage violators to follow policy
6. Learn from mistakes, then revise and continue.
7. Celebrate and reward your team when you reach those safety goals.
