Here are some common methods for site promotion. Be sure to include your website in all:

- Put your website on everything: business cards, letterhead, business signage, etc.
- When you speak to any group, give them your Website.
- Host or participate in public speaking, live or online.
- Exchange links with other sites either directly or tangentially related to your category.
- Reach out to the media to see if they'll review your site.
- Issue print and electronic press releases which include your website.
- Write electronic newsletters.
- Write your own Blog and/or participate in others.
- Buy advertising, such as key word ads with search engines.
- Distribute content to other sites or media.
- Network with friends and associates.
- Participate in talk-radio shows as an expert.
