Why would I outsource jobs that my employees can do? 
Answer
First you have to separate the tasks you and your team do that are part of your regular operation into two categories:

1. Core competency tasks: Those tasks that are essential to the delivery of your business model and brands, like product development, selling, etc.

2. Non-core competency tasks: Those tasks that don't fit the above definition, like payroll, accounting, technology, etc.

Professional vendors experienced at your non-core competency tasks likely can do the work faster, more efficiently, and probably at a lower cost than you can. Moreover, this allows you to manage only those employees who most directly impact the essense of our business model.
