Removing bottle-necks

The process of de-bottle-necking follows these steps:

- Chart every step of the process (process flow diagram)
- Measure the time and other resources used at each step
- Identify those that are limiting capacity and list in rank order
- Create and evaluate ideas for changing those limits
- Test and implement the changes
- Measure the process again
- Repeat
