Reply to all in email
What does the "Reply to All" option mean on my email tool bar?
"Reply all" refers to sending a reply message not only to an e-mail's original author, but also to any other recipients that were listed in the original "To" or "Cc" lists.
This feature can be very helpful when communicating with a team or committee. But be careful. It can also become annoying to those who feel that they didn't need to continually be included in a running discussion between two people.
Furthermore, accidentally hitting "Reply to All" can be dangerous if you don't mean for some people to get your response.
