Sales objections

Question
What are the basic kinds of sales objections?
Answer
There are two common types of sales objections:

1. Stalls. These objections may or may not be true. For example: "I will be back, I need to think about it," or "This is the first place I have looked."

2. Specifics. These are probably true. For example: "It is the wrong size, shape, color, length or width..."

Handle objections by being an expert on your products as well as what your competitors offer. When you get an objection, ask more questions. Be prepared with answers.
