SBA Community Express program

Community Express is an SBA loan program that makes it easier and faster for selected lenders to provide small business loans for $250,000 or less to persons who meet the standard requirements. They also must:

- Be located in a "low or moderate income" urban or rural area

- Have a current or proposed business with majority ownership (51% or more) held by a minority, women or veteran.
