Sitting during team meeting

Question
Should I have my team sit or stand during team meetings?
Answer
The best scenario to keep your people standing for a meeting is if you're having a "quickie" meeting (less than ten minutes).

If you are going to sit down, sit in a U-shape or semi-circle. Flipcharts can be placed at the opening so all members can focus on the task at hand. Team members can see each other and discussion is encouraged.
