Start-up legal issues

There are many legal issues that any new business owner must attend to, including, but not limited to these three:

- Any local and state business and professional licenses.

- Zoning laws and other regulations that cover where you can operate your business.

- What kind of legal entity you want your business to be, such as a corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, etc.
