Strategy and corporate valuesQuestion How do corporate values fit into a business' strategic plan?
Answer Corporate values are the blueprints that establishes an organization’s culture and comprise the foundation of all decision-making and behaviors.
For example: - If employees know their company values ‘teamwork,’ they’ll be more likely to make choices and take actions with the team’s best interest in mind. - If prospective customers know and believe a business' values, they are more likely to be loyal to that business. Values make it easier for employees to figure out how to "do the right thing," especially if they've first witnessed their manager "doing the right thing." Choose values over rules. Establishing corporate values is a much more desireable and effective management strategy than imposing rules.
