Target your message

One of the biggest mistakes of communicting is not meeting the needs of your listeners. It is a guaranteed way to lose the sale or disappoint an audience.

You can be completely credible, know your subject and command everyone with your presence. But if you do not target your message to meet the listeners' specific situation you'll be walking out of the door empty handed.
