Tax filing for multiple online businesses

Assuming that your businesses are all sole proprietorships and you use only one tax ID number for all of these businesses, the short answer is no. You can lump all of your income and expenses together on one Schedule C. If you have separate tax ID numbers for each of these businesses, you should file a separate Schedule C for each individual tax ID number that you have registered to your name.
