Here are two good sources:

1. Your local chamber of commerce. Their job is to bring businesses into the community, so chances are, they can tell you everything you need to know.

2. Your local business development center, city planning office or zoning office. Your city may call it something else, but it's bound to have one of these. Again, consult your chamber of commerce.
