Answer You can decide what Terms and Conditions you want to adopt for your own auctions, but whatever they are, make sure you read and follow them yourself.
It is amazing, for example, to see the number of sellers who, in conversations with disgruntled buyers, claim that "all sales are final" when their Terms and Conditions state clearly that "Items may be returned within five days after an auction closing for any reason."
