What are the different types of employment tests? 
Answer
Here are some of the classic employment test examples:

- Skill Testing. This aids in evaluating the skills of a candidate to perform a job. Examples include typing and key board test, math, reading, etc.

- Physical Exams. A medical exam performed by a physician can help evacuate whether the employee is physically able to perform a strenuous job.

- Drug Testing. This examination screen out candidates workers who may be under the influence of drugs, which can be justified for safety or security requirements, for example.

- Psychological Tests. These screen a job candidate's suitability to certain mental or psychological demands of a job.

- Assessment Exams. These report on various behavioral characteristics, to screen candidates for job related behaviors.
