Listening to the stakeholders enables you to understand their requirements. Value also comes at the end of the survey because you'll now have:

- Information that no one else in the company has
- Knowledge of what each stakeholder defines as success for the project
- An idea of how to adapt your solution that it has the best chance of success
- An understanding of what each stakeholder will need to fully buy into the solution
