What is the definition of "waybill"? 
Answer
A waybill is a document issued by a shipping company that is used to account for and manage a freight shipment of goods. The waybill will included the origin of the shipment, route of shipment, destination, consignor, consignee, freight fees, description of the goods and other pertinent information.

The waybill typically accompanies the shipment and is an important document for the receiver to have in the event of the need to report damage, shortage, or other claim.
