What is the definition of "win-win negotiating strategy"?
Win-win strategy is an approach to negotiation in which the parties structure an outcome so that all leave with a desirable result. Win-win negotiation focuses on building mutually beneficial agreements and is achieved through the process of bargaining which seeks to succeed through cooperation, collaboration and accommodating.
