Answer
A job offer is the formal communication made by an employer to a employee candidate in which the offer of employment is made. The most professional way to make an offer of employment is in writing, which can be on a piece of letterhead or electronically. However, many employers elects to communicate job offers orally, either in person, or over the telephone.
